I'm using Matlab with lots of open windows - GUIs, figures and the text editor open most of the time. In previous versions of Matlab, if I use Alt-Tab to get back to the main window, the focus is in the same location as I left it, normally on the command prompt. In this version, it jumps around, normally to the ribbon, so I need to alt-tab to the main window, then mouse-click in the command prompt area. This is a fairly annoying interruption to the usual work-flow.
Is there any way to make the focus remain on the command prompt when the main window is reselected?![]()
